I'm thinking about hiking Crawford Notch to Pinkham Notch again in September, if I can find someone willing to take me.

Don't you have to go back to school in September Kirby? It may help your feelings of disorientation and loss to get back to school, spend time with friends, get involved in the community, and focus on studies. It may give you some direction.
go hiking. College, Work, Life can all wait.
