new to AT-day or two hike in Georga-need recommendations

Toli's post (#10) is worth considering. It's a fun hike - you can overnight if you go slow, or it can make for a pretty full one-day hike. Also, you can reach Blood Mountain from the Coosa Backcountry Trail.
