Default 7 Days to Neel's Gap

Started the trail late in the day on the 14th at Amicola and by the next morning I had a terrible stomach virus and couldn't keep anything down. Took me a week to crawl to Neel's Gap, but I finally made it and started feeling better and started eating again and have been having the time of my life since.

Sitting in Hiawassee right now looking to get out of Georgia soon. Been seeing less and less people on the trail, starting to wonder how many people are still left or how far ahead of me they are.

It's been a great time so far though, hoping to see everyone up at Trail Days if I can catch a ride.

    Happy Hiking!

Glad you are feeling better...have a great hike
The trail was here before we arrived, and it will still be here when we are gone...enjoy it now, and preserve it for others that come after us
