Sorry I don't know for sure and it's one of the few alternate summits I missed on my hike. But conditions vary so much yearly it's hard to predict.
Perhaps there'll be a hiker ahead of you posting conditions on social media. And it looks like there's a network of roads on the west slope that could provide a bail-out without retracing steps. The CDT is fun that way--lots of options.
I went over Mt. Taylor on May 9, 2021. There was a little lingering snow after leaving the summit (northbound) but not enough to cause difficulties.
