Northern/Southern terminus Arizona Trail

What are the best ways to get to the northern and southern terminus of the Arizona Trail?
I posted this on the Arizona Trail forum, but not people are viewing that forum...no one has answered...

I can't tell you anything about any of them. I lived there long enough to have friends willing to take long trips with me at each end. That's the best way.
