    once/ week is good
    I like to come into a stop in evening, leave after lunch next day
    really a half day off actually, with 3 town meals (dinner, bkfast, lunch), time to wash clothes and shower and resupply
    and a night in a bed
    leave feeling like a million bucks

    anymore is really just wasting time, lying around with nothing to do.

    I'm just planning on going and listening to what my body says. Just going to take it slow at first then naturally, your body will build up. Probably end up taking more at first until you get trail-ized.
