Can anyone ID the fungus/mushroom in this pic??? I think it really smells bad (there is a pump station being worked on a block away so it may be that...)

    Its a Columned Stinkhorn, Clathrus columnatus. Stinkhorns produce spores in a stinky green mass. The odor attracts insects which help to disperse the spores.
