This stone shelter is high on the slopes of Killington, a very steep two tenths of a mile from the summit. The shelter is rather dark and damp. A tent platform is also here along with a spring that may fail in drought.

I stayed here in 04. A big thunderstorm hit and only 2 spots were dry enough to sleep on. Glad I was the only one there.
