Sunrise above the clouds

That's one of the best sunrise photos I've ever seen.

WOW! Great shot. This photo takes me back 30 yrs. As a boy, was staying on nearby Mt. Leconte, got up early to hike to Myrtle Pt. for the sunrise. Didn't have a camera, but your picture is just about the same image I remember and have kept all these years.

So cool, and a nice shot to capture it by. Waking up above the clouds with the sun reflecting off the cloud tops is truly memorable. For me, it was from the top of Mt. Everett in Connecticut almost 30 years ago.
