I stayed here in August 1976 hiking north from Lee, MA on a 300-mile hike that aborted in Manchester, VT due to a pulled Achilles, and then again on the last night of an August 1979 SOBO Long Trail thru-hike. Pretty basic shelter that is used by many locals. Quick downhill stroll into Williamstown.
