The Old Fhart

Trying to stay upright on Mount Washington in 100mph winds at -24 degrees isn't an easy task. Every inch of skin has to be covered to prevent almost instant frostbite. Relative humidity was 100% and you can see rime forming on the clothing. Note the clumps of rime ice that have formed on the 3/8" steel cable that is keeping the person from blowing off the mountain. And yes, my camera worked in those conditions.

I can\'t imagine temps that cold or winds that high. Especially being out in them! My hats off to you. And another thought, what a camera!
