Thurs. Sept. 4, 2002. Alex Lantino & Dean Gletos. From a hike on the trip the previous year. Rainy day. This junction is of a spur trail that runs east along the north bank of the West Branch of the Pleasant River to a parking area from the AT. This route is used for dayhikers to the Gulf Hagas that don't want to get their feet wet fording the West Branch.
