While in Damascus, Snacktime took in a tandem bike ride down the Creeper Trail. While not technically a hike, we did travel the AT where it shares the trail. It was a blast!

At the beginning of the trip, and throughout the planning, he had serious reservations about the bike ride. He was uncertain of his ability...thus the tandem (note the difference in expression between this photo and the final one). But we didn't ride more than 200 yds and he was all smiles and shouting "I NEED TO GET A BIKE" !!!
