Preheat/heat Reflector Pan

This is a Ekcoloy T159 5" Mini Pizza Pan. Weighs 1oz. I have found that tin foil is not sufficient to protect the surface under the stove from igniting. The stove becomes extremely hot and will scorch a wood surface and peel paint. When foil was used on grass they ignited. With the pan they did not. But the bottom of the pot did!
