With a 1/16-inch bit drill 16 holes evenly around outside of stove about 1/4 inch below top edge. Pour alcohol into center basin about 1/4 inch above bottom vent holes. Ignite with match. As stove warms flame will transfer to outside jets.

The holes on your inner wall seem too high. How does the fuel move from the central opening to the outer sleve with holes 1/8" off the bottom of the wall? Seems like those holes are all but useless as the fuel probably works it way under the wall instead of through those holes.
Other than that issue, it is a great design. -

I don\'t put any holes in my inner wall. The vapors just go under the wall and out the holes.
