North of the Pen Mar County Park, the A.T. continues to follow the track bed for the old Western Maryland Railroad. Approximately 0.1 mile north of Pen Mar County Park, the A.T. makes a railroad crossing. This is a view from the A.T. looking north at the railroad crossing. Although some other hiker was kind enough to leave us a marker, I believe the actual Mason-Dixon Line (Maryland- Pennsylvania State Line) is slightly north of this location. SoBo 1124.0. NoBo 1054.3.
