I think I was out during the same time and it rained repeatedly for several days and all the water was up. Did you guys do the little detour on the lower South Fork that saves yourselves from 2 extra crossings? It helps in high water. BTW, what kind of pack is he carrying? Almost looks like a military style duffel with shoulder straps, etc.
I was camped down on the upper reaches of the South Fork(place I call Iron Camp)on Tuesday night, Dec 9th. Missed you guys.
