Sorry!! If you tell us where this spot is, we PA hikers will make sure that there are plenty of closely-spaced sharp-edged rocks in place for your next visit!

That looks like the powerline ridge between wind gap and 309, Call in the trucks ... we missed a section !! -

The above comments are no joke, they really pay people to put rocks in the trail in PA. I saw a great big pile of rocks near Bake Oven Knob just waiting to be planted.
