Frozen Knob or Cold Lick Knob? You got a lot of AT in the background there, Big Bald, Little Bald, High Rocks, No Business, Temple Hill and Unaka. -

I can only estimate, but it was South of Big Flat (~.5mi) and I dont see either on my ATC map. First open area East of the trail on or just past Frozen Knob. -

You were right. That's the same place I camped . Nice spot. Cool that it was frozen when you were there.
