This is the north corner of the Morgan Stewart shelter. It has a fire pit in front of the shelter for cooking but then a bigger sunken fire pit just a bit way from the shelter. The trail to the south should have reflective tacks for easier night hiking soon.

I hit this shelter near the end of a day hike on a frigid April Fool's morning several years ago. I kept calling it the "Morgan Stanley" shelter in my head as I postholed through some of the 3-foot drifts.
