Approximately 0.1 mile north of the Furnace Hollow Road (also called Middle Ridge Road) crossing, the A.T. intersects the Phododendron Trail, which connects with Stillhouse Road to the east and Furnace Hollow Road to the west. This is the view from the A.T. looking east at the Rhododendron Trail. SoBo 1099.5 NoBo 1079.6.
