Yeah, you can tell just by looking at her that she's built for speed.
Not to be picky but this particular cow is a cross breed probably between a holstein and some sort of beef breed(possibly Hereford).
Nice thing about cows is that they'll usually stand still long enough to get a photo. Be sure not to come between a mother and her young, though! -

Yeah, I thought she seemed a little too solid to be a true Holstein. She was the lone sentry when I encountered her. As a youth, I've been chased out of holding pens around my buddy's dairy enough to know that these ol' Bessie's are a lot faster than people give them credit for.
