This shelter build in 1938 may look humble, but it was a most welcome sight as I stumbled in tired and exhausted as it was getting dark on a February evening.

Prolly by far my favorite shelter. A welcome sight after only 3 miles of hiking. I had suffered from Hypothermia & spent the previous night near rich mt firetower. Even after a good nights rest I was still wasted, so spent the day here. Fantastic privy & good water source.
