Is this connecticut, just south of Bull\'s Bridge?

this is just north of Wingdale, NY about a mile south from Ten Mile river lean in CT. The closest CT town would be Kent I believe. This hill is about 7 miles or so south of 341 and Kent.

As I sat and ate my lunch here in '04 it started to thunder and lightning on the next ridge over. By the time I packed up it was right on me. I literally ran NB downhill as lightning struck all around the trail. By the time I reached the road crossing it stopped as quick as it started.
