    Game
The term game as employed is correct historically and it remains correct to use it when referring to the species depicted today.

What's needed urgently is some serious attention to improving its habitat. The WPA poster might be reprinted and redistributed in conjuction with contemporary efforts to restore quail. It's message may need to be heard even more today than in the 1930s.

The purpose of the poster was to encourage landowners to retain brush along fence rows as cover for wildlife.

Is it not true, hunting reminds us what it means to be human, what we are connected to rather than what we are separate from?
