Re: Where on Earth can you find toggles like this?
Guess what,
I recognise it! It is a Button off a Gentelman's English Overcoat from the early fifties or before. An overcoat is a thick woolen coat to go over a suit. So you probably won't find it here. Exception. With a picture go to fine men's tailor store. Don't expect plastic. In those days they were made frome bone, ceramics and mostly hard woods. Good Luck -

You can find them on Bungee cord sometimes. Seriously, sailboats used bungee and similar toggles for holding furled mainsails on the boom. Try some online boat places. Toggle balls are here, http://www.bungeecentral.com/fitting..._fittings.html -

Looks like a pull from a hand start engine, chain saw or boat motor. Anyone need one I will look around. Rolls Kanarldy
