This little guy starts and ends as a water creature but in this short mid eft stage of life moves onto land. Is he cool looking or what? I found him in CT on the AT. They are easy to spot but apparently they are also poisonous as their color in nature often is and have few natural predators (human foot aside) so they just hangout.
