A.T. North of Sherwood Drive, Cumberland Valley, PA, 09/27/13

For northbounders, for approximately 0.9 mile between Sherwood Drive and Wertzville Road, PA Route 944, in Pennsylvania's Cumberland Valley, the trail traverses several sections of planking, several footbridges, at least two stream crossings, and then runs parallel along the western slope of Ironstone Ridge before crossing Wertzville Road, PA Route 94. This is a view of the trail looking north from a location approximately 0.6 mile north of the Sherwood Drive crossing.
