The hostel is located between Winding Stairs Gap (Franklin) & NOC, you can be picked up at Wayah Gap, Burningtown Gap & Telico Gap. Most people stay at Siler Shelter and hike down in the morning to Wayah Gap (2 miles) A fantastic NERO stay at the hostel, next day you can Slack pack 7.5 or 14.1 miles all arranged by the hostel. The hostel has outstanding service, accommodation and food. Get your drop box mailed there, no need to do Franklin motels instead a 5 star luxury cabin $20.00 per night, this is the jewel in the forest folks! The hostel also has resupply & laundry.
