OK I cheated. This image was taken from the Look Rock camera on April 16, 2004.(http://www2.nature.nps.gov/air/webcams/parks/grsmcam/grsmcam.htm). It's just a little morale booster I allow myself each morning before descending to the salt mines. The ridge line is the crest of the Smokies, beginning with Thunderhead on the right. Clingman's Dome is the next promontory. Mount Leconte visible just to the left of the peak in the foreground and Mount Guyot on the far left. Lots of hikers scattered along that ridge line. I just wish I was one of them.
