Assateague Island National Seashore: Life of the Marsh Trail

As you enter the parking area for the Life of the Marsh Trail, you will pass the trail head and this sign on your left. The begining and end of the trail of the trail are only yards apart, and can be travelled in either direction. The trail consists almost entirely of wooden walkways over marsh. This trail is also wheel chair accessible, and the level of difficulty is very easy.
