Too bad the high ridges here don't have more reliable sources.
I noticed that the pipe is gone from Bob and it seems to fill up you have to go lower down. -

That pipe is like those other pipes up there, it is occasionally stuck into the spring but nothing permanent like in a real springhead. A couple of months ago I found the spring lined with a white garbage bag and on my most recent trip I found the spring to be overflowing, etc.
