For northbounders, approximately 1.5 miles north of Pine Grove Furnace State Park, the A.T. intersects the Pole Steeple Trail. This is a view of the A.T. looking north at the junction with the Pole Steeple Trail. Note the wooden marker on the tree to the left of the trail. SoBo 1083.8 NoBo 1095.3
