    Hey mannn. How far is it from another home, shelter or road?

    It was about a mile south of Unionville, NY. About 6 miles north of High Point Shelter and about 7 miles south of Pochuck Mountain Shelter. Hikers can stay at the hikers cabin or tent. This place is in Awol's AT guide at mile 1339.1, with a description.
