to left is support rope (green & yellow), ro right is ridgeline rope (green & yellow), below at angle are hammock ropes (black) also at right is black stretchy cord that supports netting.

    Notice the difference of the angles between: the ridgeline, the support line & the hammock ropes. This is with me at 220 lbs in it. It seems to be better / easier to hang this way. The ridge means you always have the right angle. trees are 14 feet apart. Ridge line is 8'9" long.
