That's me after arriving at base camp after a particularly brutal day hike in 116 degree temperatures in the Grand Canyon. I suffered from dehydration. Never again will I run out of water on the trail!

Geez, that\'s brutal. I hear the temperature difference from rim to valley, is about 20 degrees. So while it\'s relatively \'nice\' up high, it\'s hotter than hell down below. You get an A for effort!
