What better place to test a tent than at this spot? Your tent looks bolted down sufficiently, though. I've had a series of tents weather this spot over the years, had a Hilleberg tunnel end up with a bent pole among other near disasters. On a very recent trip I set up atop Haw Mt close to the Bob(and 300 feet higher)and got hit with a severe puckerfest windstorm(Dec 8). -

i remember this tent. sold it for the VE-25. sold that one too. why, i don't know. they were great tents and never had a problem with them. i don't think i'll sell the next four season i get.
