Description by Irish Eddy
For north bounders in Pennsylvania's Cumberland Valley, and for 0.6 mile between Ridge Road and Old Stone House Road, the A.T. traverses a narrow wooded area and skirts some farm land. Just south of Old Stone House Road, the trail crosses a small stream, which drains from an overgrown pond to the west of the trail, via a wooden foot bridge before emerging onto Old Stone House Road. This trail marker can be seen just south of Old Stone House Road and the foot bridge.
