A. T. On Chinquapin Hill, Caledonia State Park, P A, 09/04/10

Approximately 1.1 miles north of the U.S. 30 crossing and at approximately 1319 feet elevation, the A.T. completes its ascent of Chinquapin Hill in Caledonia State Park and intersects with the Three Valley Trail in Caledonia State Park, Pennsylvania. This is a view of the A.T. looking north from the intersection with the Three Valley Trail. From this point the trail levels out considerably as the A.T. continues north on the west slope of Chinquapin Hill . SoBo 1105.1 NoBo 1074.0.
