For northbounders, just 0.5 mile north of the Furnace Hollow Road crossing, the A.T. crosses the intersection of Stillhouse Hollow Road and Means Hollow Road. For some reason the trail marker north of the intersection had been damaged and was laying against a tree. SoBo 1099.0 NoBo 1080.1.
