Emily Proctor Shelter (LT) This is a great shelter in a great spot. I guess that is why it was saved from planned demolition and renovated in October 2002. This was the scene on the day the construction crew (Long Trail Patrol) planned to pack out their tools and call it done. Most of the people in the picture are GMC importantes who'd come to see the nearly finished project. The shelter had a rotten sill log replaced, got a new coat of stain and a crazy table and chair combo for one (among other things too).
