Parking Area At Carlisle Road (PA Rte. 34), PA, 12/30/11 Approximately 0.1 mile south of the A.T. crossing at Carlisle Road (PA Route 34), there is an A.T. parking area located on the west side of Carlisle Road. The parking area is gravel surrounded by boulders, and there is room for approximately 10 vehicles. This is a view of the parking area marker, which may be difficult to see from the road.
