Gentian Pond Shelter A great site with tent platforms too (and no caretaker fee either!) The shelter has two sleeping levels and sits at the outlet of Gentian Pond. Best water can be found at a brook a short walk south of the shelter on the A.T. Moose sightings at the pond occasionally.
