Crag Camp Crag Camp is 1.1 miles west of Thunderstorm Junction via The Spur Trail in the Northern Presidental Range. It sits just below treeline with beautiful views of Mounts Adams, Madison and Kings Ravine. Although farther from the trail than most thru hikers are willing to walk for a nights sleep it is can represent an escape route for hikers caught above tree line in bad weather.
