I carry dehydrated veggies and beans from Harmony House, and an 8 oz wide mouth plastic bottle in which to rehydrate them. In grocery stores one can often find sun dried tomatoes, dried blueberries, dried tropical fruit, cranberries, onion flakes, parsley. Add a few herbs and spices, and one can make all kinds of stuff.

Don't forget to follow Cole's Law! (Cole's Law: shredded cabbage.)
Dried cabbage, celery, carrot, onion from Harmony House and an envelope of Italian dressing from a fast food joint make a passable coleslaw.

I like putting a big dollop of that, some soppressata sausage and some string cheese in a tortilla. It adds a satisfying crunch.
I always know where I am. I'm right here.
