bonding tyvek

What's best for bonding Tyvek together besides the addition of sewing? particularly for tieout reinforcements? And what adhesives better or worst than Tyvek tape and carpet tape

Will any other cheap materials like scrap nylon pieces bond better to Tyvek than Tyvek to itself.?

Iv'e seen contact cement as an option, but don't know how good it will be for tarp tieouts…
Am going to experiment with the cc a little..

How will any withstand use and time comparatively?
Or whats' the consensus on the best way for tieouts these days???

What kind of edge seem is recommended?
