Well, for tents look at Naturehike and Lanshan for cheap and half the weight or less.
For a sleeping pad, look at Thermarest.
Pillows ...
Here is a quick search on Amazon:

Disclosure, after evaluating all of these, wife just bought a Copper Spur UL2 HV.
As for the pads, if you sleep on your back you have a lot more range (and can use a lot less pad) than sidesleepers.
For side & stomach sleeping, I've got to recommend the Therm-a-rest Neo Air xLite in size LONG.
The reason I recommend the long is not for the length but for the width. When I used to sleep on my stomach with a 2" thick pad, I hated the way my arms would hang off the pad. The Neo Air xLite is 2-1/2" thick (plenty for any side sleeper) and the long is 25" wide (rather than the standard 20" wide), yet still only 1 pound.
For side sleepers, I would recommend the side regular to save a small amount of weight, a little money, and some space.
For pillows, I've been loving my Sea-to-summit Aeros... light weight with a comfortable cloth outer shell. (I've liked the light weight of the xped UL, but not the feel on my face).

I've got a catch-and-release BA Slater SL2 that, while not ultralight be any means, would save you 2 pounds, PM me if you are interested.

Just browsing around various sites like REI, Campmor, and CampSaver, you can find quite a few tents that will be lighter than what you have now.
How loud is it? I’m looking for a pad as well
