Terms of Service and Support for WhiteBlaze

First, I would like to know just where I can access the Terms of Service. I've tried searching, looking at the various forums, the homepage, etc and I haven't been able to find them. I'd like to read them over to refresh my memory. I was shocked when I saw that a post of Chin's was edited by a moderator due to a TOS reason. I just can't imagine Chin not following the TOS and so I thought I should be sure that I am in compliance. Thanks.

Second, while doing the search mentioned above, I noticed that ATtroll has posted a notice on the HomePage today that a new server is needed. I have been lax in sending a donation for the site and intend to do so NOW. I would encourage anyone who is a regular user to send a donation as well. You can either use PayPal or send a check to WhiteBlaze, 159 Oak Hill Road, Litchfield, ME 04350.
