For about the last week, if I'm logged in, clicking on the Forum button (between Home/Articles and Journals) has given me a blank screen - instead of a listing of all the forums. The address in the address bar is http://www.whiteblaze.net/forum/forum.php. I also tried playing around with the address a bit.

I can see a list of threads in an individual forum if I put something like http://www.whiteblaze.net/forum/foru...oking-and-Food in my address bar.

If I'm not logged in, I can see the forums listing, and the address in the address bar is http://www.whiteblaze.net/forum/forum.php?. This is after the question mark: an s= followed by a string of letters and numbers. Apparently the software doesn't like that and removes it from the post.

I have Windows 7, and normally use Chrome. I tried clearing my cache and history, logging out and back in, and rebooting my laptop. Nothing changed. I also tried Internet Explorer to see if that would do anything - same behavior.

Any thoughts?

No help here. I too have Windows 7 and IE 10 with no issues, I click on the Forums tab/button and get the regular Forums page. Good luck, chasing this stuff down can be a pain.

Did that (Firefox) still get a total blank page when clicking "Forum", except when I am signed out.

I have been having the same problem for a while. Does this at home and at work.

I usually use Chrome but I just started up my Firefox and tried viewing the forums without being logged in and with being logged in and I have no problems.
Have you also tried clearing your cookies?

I've tried all of that with no effect; I still get a blank screen unless I'm logged out.

FA, I really don't know what to tell you. I have tried to duplicate this on my end here and can't do it. I have tried everything I have thought of but I can't get my to do this/

Have you confirmed the fault is your computer specific and not your WB account by testing on a different computer system...

I have had the same issue since visiting the site and seeing the "hacked" message. I am using an iPad so now windows based issue. I still have the same issue and only way I can access forum threads is via the "Today's posts" tab. Maybe the hacker accessed some individuals accounts causing issues.

The last time I logged into WB from work my sys admin told me it kicked off something that was trying to get through our firewall. I haven't wanted to try it again for a while to give his irritation time to settle down. I'll try from my husband's computer later.

Based on 88BlueGT and WingedMonkey's replies above, I'm starting to suspect this is my WB account.

Okay, I found a 'fix'. I had my viewing style set to Easy Viewing Whiteblaze. I changed it to Whiteblaze Style and now it works.

Strange as it is that does fix it. However, I'm not going to look at that puke green for the few times I need that function.

Could you two that are having problems with the style please try using the "Test" style that I created and see if that helps you?

"Test" still brings up a blank screen.

OK, one more thing for you to try. Try the style "WB Test". Please let me know if that worked?

The Forum button works under that test.
