Awesome thread! Did someone deliver the dog ahead? or did I miss something?

Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them.

[QUOTE=Thorfinn;1455197] Happy says he will never be off-leash again on the AT. /QUOTE]

    Smart dog.

The trouble I have with campfires are the folks that carry a bottle in one hand and a Bible in the other.
You never know which one is talking.

Thanks Train Wreck. As a wife who doesn't hike the trail but just shuttles, I had never heard of trail magic until I was allowed to join this forum when "Happy" went missing. You couldn't have said it better...Best.Trail.Magic.Ever.

+1 - I know what it's like to lose a dog in a strange place...and then to find again.
